Almond (Avalanche) 250   Grams
Water 5   Cup

Steps:

  1. First wash the raw almonds under running water and add enough hot water to cover them and leave for 1/2 hour. When the shells are soft, crush them between your two fingers and remove the shells.
  2. Add drinking water to the top of the peeled almonds by 2 fingers, put them in the refrigerator and leave for at least 12 hours.
  3. The next day, add the soaked almonds, add their own waiting water, and mash them thoroughly in the rondo. Adjust the amount of water to get a milky consistency.
  4. Place a wire strainer over a deep bowl and a clean, boiled cheesecloth over it and crush the almond puree through a sieve.
  5. In the last step, collect the cheesecloth and squeeze the almond milk out with your hands. You can put the almond milk you bought in a sterile bottle or jar in the refrigerator and use it wherever you want. Enjoy your meal!
  6. Note: You should store the almond milk that you prepared from fresh and raw in the refrigerator and consume it within 3 days at the latest.
