Water | 5 | Cup |
Instructions:
-
First wash the raw almonds under running water and add enough hot water to cover them and leave for 1/2 hour. When the shells are soft, crush them between your two fingers and remove the shells.
-
Add drinking water to the top of the peeled almonds by 2 fingers, put them in the refrigerator and leave for at least 12 hours.
-
The next day, add the soaked almonds, add their own waiting water, and mash them thoroughly in the rondo. Adjust the amount of water to get a milky consistency.
-
Place a wire strainer over a deep bowl and a clean, boiled cheesecloth over it and crush the almond puree through a sieve.
-
In the last step, collect the cheesecloth and squeeze the almond milk out with your hands. You can put the almond milk you bought in a sterile bottle or jar in the refrigerator and use it wherever you want. Enjoy your meal!
-
Note: You should store the almond milk that you prepared from fresh and raw in the refrigerator and consume it within 3 days at the latest.
