Toyga Soup Recipe

Toyga soup, which is one of the traditional flavors of Turkish cuisine, is a delicious and nutritious soup with chickpeas, wheat (splitting) and yogurt. Wheat (Previously Kept In Water And Boiled) | 1 Qty | ||
Water (Hot) | 6 Cup | ||
Flour | 2 Tbsp | ||
Strained Yogurt | 1 Cup | ||
Egg Yolk | 1 Qty | ||
Salt | 1/2 Tsp (large) | ||

Butter | 2 Tbsp | ||
Dried Mint | 1 Tsp (large) |
Steps:

Add the boiled grains: First, put in water, boiled wheat and chickpea in the saucepan and add hot water on it.

Prepare the mixture with yogurt: Mix the yogurt in a bowl, salt, egg yolk and flour thoroughly.

Add the mixture to the soup: Take a little from the soup and add to the mixture with yogurt, balance the temperature. Then add the mixture to the soup and mix.

Cook the soup: Cook the soup over low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve: In a small pan, lightly heat the butter or olive oil with dry mint and light him over the soup. Enjoy your meal!
