"Caesar salad", which has many variations in world cuisine, is made with anchovies, which is a kind of fish (anchovy, sardines, etc.) paste in its original recipe. In Turkish cuisine, grilled chicken is generally used instead of anchovies. Salad served with croutons and grilled chicken meat can be preferred as a main meal, as it is very rich and nutritious in terms of protein and vitamins. Bon Appetit!
Wash skinless chicken breasts. Take 1-2 glasses of water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar added and let it rest for at least 1/2 hour. At this stage, you can add salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, paprika. This process will make the chickens more juicy and tasty.
On the other hand, wash the greens without chopping them, put them in vinegar water and leave them for 20 minutes. Grill the chicken cut into thin strips (julienne) in a traced pan on medium setting.
Drain the washed salad, onions and greens. Shred it coarsely with your hands. The more water you can purify and dry the greens at this stage, the better they will absorb the sauce.
After preparing the Caesar dressing according to the amount of salad, separate half of it for the top. Mix all the ingredients, half of the julienne cut grilled chicken, by turning the greens upside down.
Add the remaining chicken grills on the salad you bought in the serving bowl. Drizzle the reserved sauce. We can serve your salad warm or cold, decorated with croutons, parsley leaves, cherry tomatoes and canned corn if you wish. Bon Appetit!
