Chicken Breast (Finger Fillet) 400   Grams
Rock Salt 1   Tsp
Liquid Oil 1   Tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce:
Dry Onion (Medium Size) 1   Head
Milk 1   Half Cup
Olive Oil 2   Tbsp
Rosemary 1   Pinch
Thyme 1   Tsp
Cumin 1   Tsp
Powdered Red Pepper (Or Paprika) 1   Tsp
Rock Salt 1   Tsp (large)
Black Pepper (Freshly Ground) 1   Tsp
Hot Pepper Sauce 1   Tbsp

Steps:

  1. Pass the onion on a fine grater and take the juice into the sauce bowl with the help of a wire strainer.
  2. Add the other sauce ingredients and spices to the onion juice and mix well.
  3. Dry the chicken slices through the water and put them in a sauce pan. Mix all the ingredients well with your hands and feed the sauce to the chickens. Cover with a cling film and rest in the fridge for at least an hour. (Leave overnight if you have time)
  4. Remove the chicken ten minutes before cooking and let it rest at room temperature. Lightly grease your cast iron grill or pan with vegetable oil, cook in a deep-fried pan for three to four minutes and serve hot with salad or puree. Good luck!
