Creamy Mushroom Soup

Instructions:

  1. Peel and clean the mushrooms. Divide in half and slice finely. Peel the onions and chop the cooking finely. Crush the garlic.
  2. Take a medium -sized pot to the stove and add the oil and butter. Put the onions and garlic in the pot and sauté until the color gets.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté together until pink. At this stage, add the flour, fry until the smell comes out.
  4. Add milk, chicken broth, salt and spices to the roasted soup mortar and turn a few rounds. Add 4 cups of hot water gradually.
  5. Close to the soup cooked for 10-15 minutes, add 1 spoon from the soup and add the cream that you get into the mix.
