  3. For the custard layer, take 1 liter of milk into the pot. Add 6 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of starch and whisk well. Bring the pot to the fire and cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of pudding. When the pudding is ready, add 1 spoon of butter and vanilla and mix.
  4. Let the pudding you take from the fire rest for 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the formation of cream on it. Pour half of the warmed custard over the meatballs and let it rest for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. In the meantime, beat 1 pack of whipped cream with 1 glass of cold milk with a mixer at slow speed and then at high speed until it becomes creamy.
  6. Take the frozen dessert out of the refrigerator, line up the remaining meat and soak them with sherbet one by one. Whisk the custard again and pour it over the meatballs. Put it in the fridge and let it rest for another 1/2 hour.
  7. When you are going to serve, you can slice and serve the dessert on the plates by decorating it with whipped cream, any jam you have, or fresh fruits. Enjoy your meal!
  8. Note: Depending on the size of the tray, you can prepare this dessert in one layer and use it on the pudding. If you wish, you can prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water for 5-6 minutes without caramelizing the sugar.
