Fried Potatoes (minced meat) Recipe

Boiled potatoes, with a little minced meat, can be turned into a life-saving main dish in a very short time. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:

Potatoes (Boiled) | 2 Qty |
Ground Beef | 100 Grams |
Dry Onion (Medium size) | 1 Qty |
Tomato Paste | 1 Tsp (large) |
Hot Pepper Sauce | 1 Tsp (large) |
Salt | 1 Tsp |
Black Pepper | 1 Tsp |
Cumin | 1 Tsp |
Liquid Oil | 2 Tbsp |
Butter (Optional) | 1 Tbsp |
Steps:
-
Chop the boiled potatoes into cubes. Peel the onion and chop it finely and into cubes.
-
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions. When the onions turn colour, add the minced meat and fry until tender.
-
While the minced meat is roasting, add the tomato paste and turn it together a few turns.
-
Add 1 tea glass of hot water and turn the stove to low heat. Add the chopped boiled potatoes, salt and spices to the mixture that has been cooked for 2-3 minutes and mix. When the water is absorbed, turn it upside down and close the lid.
-
Place the roasted potatoes, which you have rested for 5-10 minutes, on a serving plate, decorate with parsley leaves, tomatoes and peppers, if available, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
-
Note: A tzatziki or yoghurt with plenty of cucumber goes well with this dish, it balances the hot and spices!
