Boiled potatoes are a simple and healthy dish made by boiling potatoes in water. It is a healthier alternative to frying. It can be consumed both as a side dish with a main meal or as a snack on its own. Optionally, it can be flavored with salt, black pepper or other spices.

Instructions:

Wash the potatoes and clean the skins thoroughly.

Put them in a pot and add enough water to cover them.

After the water starts boiling, boil it for about 20 minutes.

When you can easily insert a small fork into the potatoes, the process is complete.

Without burning your hands, take the potatoes onto a plate with the help of a spoon.

Rinse the potatoes in cold water and peel them.

You can add salt and any other spices you want (red pepper, black pepper, etc.) and consume.
