Potato Pan (Classic French Fries) Recipe

Potato pan is a crispy snack made by fried finely sliced potatoes. It is a popular and easily prepared flavor in many cuisines of the world. It is recommended to serve hot, can be consumed with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Steps:

Peel the potatoes: Clean and peel the potatoes thoroughly.

Chop the potatoes: Slice the potatoes lengthwise into finger-shaped pieces.

Let the potatoes sit: Put the potatoes in a deep bowl to remove the starch, add enough cold water to cover them and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Drain and flour: Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them with paper towels. Sprinkle flour and salt on them and mix well.

Fry the potatoes: Heat the oil on high heat and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
