Egg Potatoes Recipe

Parsley (Fine Cut) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2x2 cm cubes, rinse them and dry the excess water with a paper towel.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or frying pan and fry the potatoes until they turn pink and transfer them on a paper towel.

Beat the eggs well in a glass bowl. In another pan, melt the butter. Take the potatoes in the pan, turn them one turn and add the beaten egg. Add salt and pepper and cook by turning for 1-2 minutes before it hardens too much.

Serve hot or warm, garnish with finely chopped parsley (or greens and spring onions) and red pepper flakes. Bon Appetit!
