Tomato Paste

Pole Tomatoes (Sauceboat) 6   Kg.
Rock Salt 4   Tbsp
Granulated Sugar 1   Tbsp
Water 1   Cup

Steps:

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  2. Chop it coarsely and cook in a large and wide saucepan until soft.
  3. When the cooked tomatoes get cold, put them in a metal colander, crush them into the pot, add salt and cook on low heat until they get the consistency of tomato paste.
  4. Take your tomato paste, which has thickened, in a jar while it is hot and turn it upside down. You can then store it for a year without opening it. Pour sunflower oil on the tomato paste that you opened. With pleasure.
  5. Note: While your tomato paste is boiling, do not forget to take the kefir that accumulates on it.
