Tomato Paste Recipe

Ingredients:



Pole Tomatoes (Sauceboat) | 6 Kg. |
Rock Salt | 4 Tbsp |
Granulated Sugar | 1 Tbsp |
Water | 1 Cup |
Steps:

Wash and dry the tomatoes.

Chop it coarsely and cook in a large and wide saucepan until soft.

When the cooked tomatoes get cold, put them in a metal colander, crush them into the pot, add salt and cook on low heat until they get the consistency of tomato paste.

Take your tomato paste, which has thickened, in a jar while it is hot and turn it upside down. You can then store it for a year without opening it. Pour sunflower oil on the tomato paste that you opened. With pleasure.

Note: While your tomato paste is boiling, do not forget to take the kefir that accumulates on it.
