Fried Egg

The pride of traineeship of those who step into cooking. The simplest meal you can make with ingredients at home. Of course, you can add different ingredients to suit your taste and get dozens of different flavors with tiny touches. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

For 2 people
🕐 Preparation: 5 min.      🕐 Cooking: 5 min.
For the meal:
Egg 2 Qty
Butter (Unmelted) 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
For the Over:
Black Pepper ((Optional)) 1 Pinch
Red Pepper ((Optional)) 1 Pinch

Instructions:

  1. Put the butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
  2. Turn on the stove and heat the butter until it melts completely.
  3. When the oil is hot, break the eggs by tapping them on the side of the pan, being careful not to break up the yolks. If you're having trouble, break the eggs neatly into a small bowl first and transfer them to the pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with 1-2 spoons of water and immediately close the lid and let it cook for about 2 minutes on the lowest heat until the egg white is cooked and the yolk is slightly watery.
  5. Before serving, add black pepper, salt and any other spices you want and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
