Homemade Oat Milk Recipe
Oat milk, a vegan diet's favorite, is a great substitute product that you can use instead of milk. Oats, which contain high fiber, provide many benefits such as lowering blood pressure, improving stomach and digestive problems, protecting cardiovascular health, eliminating insomnia, making weight loss easier and increasing physical performance. Moreover, oat milk is more delicious and creamy than other plant milks. Enjoy!

Without mixing the mixture too much, put it in cheesecloth, gently squeeze it and extract the extract. You can store your oat milk in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy your meal!
-
Note: You can use oat milk, which is recommended to be consumed cold, as its consistency will change when heated, in your coffees, smoothies and ice creams.
