Steps:

  1. Pass the potatoes through the water. Add enough water to pass without peeling the shells and boil until soft over medium heat.
  2. Peel the onion and chop the cubes. Heat the oil in a flat pan. Take the ground beef in the pan and crush it until it draws its juice. You can add 1/2 cup of hot water to prevent lumps.
