Şiveydiz Soup (Fresh garlic vaccine with meat) Recipe

Şiveydiz; It is a pistachio dish made with fresh garlic and lamb meat. Yoghurt finishing gives the dinner a slight sour taste. If we want to define this local and registered dish, we can call it a full spring vaccine. Enjoy your meal!

Lamb Meat Cubes | 500 Grams | ||
Meat Broth (Or Water) | 6 Cup | ||
Fresh Garlic | 2 Bunch | ||
Fresh Onion | 1 Bunch | ||
Boiled Chickpeas | 1 Cup | ||
Salt | 1 Half Tbsp | ||

Flour | 2 Tbsp | ||
Yogurt | 1 Bowl | ||
Egg Yolk | 2 Qty | ||
Ingredients for Over: | |||
Powdered Red Pepper | 1 Half Tbsp | ||
Butter | 2 Tbsp |
Steps:

Heat the butter in a deep saucepan. Add the chopped lamb meat to the pot and sauté quickly. Add the broth and cook until the meat is soft.

When the meat is softened, add 1 cup of boiled chickpeas. As you continue to cook, chop fresh garlic and onions for 2cm length and add to the pot. Add the salt in controlled.

For manners, whisk the egg yolk, flour and yogurt thoroughly. Climate and dilute the manners with the broth you receive from the soup.

Take the cooked soup on the lowest fire and add the warming manners gradually. Continuous stirring boil 1 stone and remove from the fire.
