Brownie Recipe

Brownie

Brownie, one of the famous desserts of America and Canada, is made in two ways, but "Fudgy" is a more pleasing to the eye and more preferred brownie type. Its structure is more sticky and dense. While flour is used more abundantly in Cakey recipe, Fudgyde butter and chocolate are used more and baking powder is not used. In this way, it becomes more sticky and dense. A classic brownie is indispensable for chocolate lovers. Bon Appetit!
