Butter 2   Tbsp
Flour 2   Tbsp
Garlic 2   Clove
Yogurt 1   Cup
Egg Yolk 1   Qty
Lemon Juice 5   Drop
Ingredients for Over:
Butter 1   Tbsp
Dried Mint 1   Tsp (large)

Steps:

  1. Roast flour and oil: Roast the flour and oil over medium heat in the saucepan and mix until the flour is slightly fried. Make sure it doesn't burn.
  2. Add the garlic: Add finely chopped garlic to roasted flour and oil and sauté until it smells.
  3. Add hot water: Add 1 liter of hot water continuously and stir continuously until it starts to boil. Beat thoroughly to prevent lumping.
  4. Prepare the manners: egg yolk, yogurt and whisk the lemon juice thoroughly in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the manners to the soup: Take a scoop from the soup and add it to the prepared decency. Then add the manners to the pot slowly and continuously. This will prevent the soup from being cut.
  6. Cook the soup: Mix the salt and the spices you want once again and cook for a few more minutes and then close the bottom of the stove.
  7. Serve: Lightly fry the butter and mint in a separate pan and spread over the soup. Enjoy your meal!
