Flour Soup Recipe

Flour soup can be preferred as a both practical and delicious option, especially as an internal heater start on cold winter days. Traditionally, this soup, which has taken its place in Turkish cuisine, has a creamy consistency, which is made with simple materials such as flour, butter and meat/chicken broth and cheers the palates with intense taste. This soup, which is both nutritious and satisfying, is sweetened by various spices and adds wealth to your tables.

Olive Oil | 2 Tbsp | ||
Flour | 3 Qty | ||
Chicken Broth (Hot) | 5 Cup | ||
Salt | 1/2 Tsp | ||
Grain Black Pepper (Freshly Ground) | 1/4 Tsp | ||

Butter | 1 Tbsp | ||
Dried Mint | 1 Tsp (large) |
Steps:

Roast the flour: Melt the butter and olive oil in a deep saucepan and lightly heat. Add flour gradually to the saucepan and stir continuously on low heat until flour is burned until it takes a light brown color without burning.

Add the water: Add hot chicken broth or broth and mix with the beater to prevent lumps.

Add the spices: When the soup starts to boil, add salt, pepper and other optional spices and mix.

Serve: Melt the butter in a small bowl, add dry mint and stir until the smell comes out. Put the mint butter on the soup you share in the bowls and serve. Enjoy your meal!
