Bulgur Tzatziki Recipe
Bulgurlu Tzatziki is a light and refreshing appetizer made by adding bulgur to the classic tzatziki. An indispensable taste of the summer months with the wonderful harmony of yoghurt, cucumber, mint and bulgur. It is very practical to prepare and is one of the refreshing and healthy options of Turkish cuisine.

Fine Bulgur | 3 | Tbsp | ||
Cucumber | 2 | Qty | ||
Dried Mint | 1 | Tsp | ||
Fresh Mint | 1 | Pinch | ||
Garlic | 2 | Clove | ||
Walnut | 3 | Tbsp | ||
Salt | 1 | Tsp |
Instructions:

Grate the cucumbers: Grate the cucumbers using the large-hole side of the grater.

Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, mix the grated cucumber, fine bulgur, salt and dried mint thoroughly and let it sit for 15 minutes. This is enough to soften the bulgur.

Add yoghurt and other ingredients: Add yoghurt, grated garlic, large pieces of walnuts and finely chopped fresh mint. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Serve: Place the prepared bulgur tzatziki on a serving plate. If you wish, you can serve it by adding walnuts, fresh mint leaves and olive oil. Enjoy your meal!
