Cucumber Salad

A refreshing salad combining fresh cucumbers with spices and a light lemon-olive oil-pomegranate syrup sauce. Salt 1/2   Tbsp
Garlic 2   Clove
Lemon Juice 2   Tbsp
Pomegranate Syrup 2   Tbsp
Isot 2   Tbsp
Chili Pepper 1   Tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2   Tsp
Olive Oil 3   Tbsp

Steps:

  1. Prepare the cucumbers: Slice the cucumbers thinly without peeling them. Then, add 1 tablespoon of salt and mix well.
  2. Strain and wait: Place the sliced ​​cucumbers in a wire strainer and place them on a bowl. Leave it for 2-3 hours to release its water thoroughly.
  3. Mix ingredients: Combine other ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the cucumbers: Add the cucumbers you prepared to the other ingredients and mix well again.
  5. Cool and serve: You can let it sit for a while to make it more delicious. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy your meal!
