Instructions:

Wash the cauliflower: Divide cauliflower into small flowers and rinse thoroughly under the flowing water.

Sauté the garlic: Peel the shells of the garlic and chop thinly. Put the butter in the pot and melt gently. Add the chopped garlic and lightly fry.

Add the cauliflower and sauté: Add the cauliflower flowers to the pot and sauté for a few minutes with garlic.

Add milk and juice: Add milk and water to the saucepan and let it boil by stirring. Cook the cauliflower until softening.

Pass through the blender: Remove the cooked cauliflower from the stove and make it a smooth soup with the help of a blender.
