Chicken Mushroom Dish Recipe

Instructions:

Boil the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add warm water and thyme and boil it. Cook until the water is absorbed.

Add oil and mix: After the chicken has absorbed the water, add some oil by eye and mix.

Add the vegetables and mix: Add the finely chopped onion, peppers and tomato paste and mix gently with the chicken. Be careful not to crush the chickens.

Add tomatoes, sugar and mushrooms: Add peeled and diced tomatoes, sugar cubes, mushrooms, spices and a glass of hot water. Close the lid of the pot.

Cook the vegetables: Continue cooking with the pot lid closed until the vegetables become soft. If you want, you can add a little more water to make it juicier.
