Chicken Mushroom Dish

Champignon 400 Grams
Chicken Breast (Chest) 750 Grams
Liquid Oil 3 Tbsp
Dry Onion 1 Qty
Green Pepper 2 Qty
Red Pepper (Capia) 2 Qty
Garlic 2 Clove
Tomato 2 Qty
Pepper Paste 1 Tsp (large)
Salt 1 Tsp (large)
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Cumin 1/2 Tsp

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add warm water and thyme and boil it. Cook until the water is absorbed.
  2. Add oil and mix: After the chicken has absorbed the water, add some oil by eye and mix.
  3. Add the vegetables and mix: Add the finely chopped onion, peppers and tomato paste and mix gently with the chicken. Be careful not to crush the chickens.
  4. Add tomatoes, sugar and mushrooms: Add peeled and diced tomatoes, sugar cubes, mushrooms, spices and a glass of hot water. Close the lid of the pot.
  5. Cook the vegetables: Continue cooking with the pot lid closed until the vegetables become soft. If you want, you can add a little more water to make it juicier.
