Chicken Pasta (Easy Pasta with Chicken Sauce) Recipe
In Turkish cuisine, juicy main courses are usually one-pot dishes in which all the ingredients are cooked together. This saves both economy and time in the kitchen. Also known as student food, this easy-to-make but "gourmet" version of pasta is cooked in a single pot. It brings together vitamins and minerals, carbohydrates and proteins in one dish. Enjoy your meal!
Peel the onion, cut it in half and slice thinly piyaz (half rings).
Wash the peppers (red, yellow, green) and cut into 2. Remove the cores. Finely chop the julienne. Half green, half red, half yellow pepper will suffice.
Melt the butter in a wide saucepan and sauté the onion, 1 clove of finely chopped garlic and peppers over medium heat.
Rinse the chicken meat, dry it with a paper towel and chop coarsely. Add the chicken to the roasted mortar and sauté quickly on high heat.
When the chickens are well colored and cooked, add soy sauce and spices and turn for a turn.
Put the uncooked pasta in the pot and mix well. Add 3 glasses of hot water and 1 glass of milk. If you did not use soy sauce, add 1 level teaspoon of salt.
When it boils, take the saucepan to low heat and cook for 10-12 minutes. When the pasta absorbs the water slightly, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix.
You can present the pasta you take on the serving plate without waiting too long, by decorating it with finely chopped fresh thyme leaves, parsley or dill according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
