Creamy And Cheese Noodles

Very practical, very delicious... This recipe, which is loved by children, is a candidate to be a main dish in itself with its intense cheese sauce and creamy taste. All the applause for you, especially if you're not lazy and cut the noodles yourself. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

For 4 people
🕐 Preparation: 20 min.      🕐 Cooking: 30 min.
For the Noodle:
Noodle 2 Cup
Meat Broth (Or Water) 3 Cup
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
Feta Cheese (Fresh) 1 Cup
Thick Cream (100 Ml) 1/2 Cup
Mustard 1 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Garlic 1 Clove
Nutmeg Grated 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
For the Service:
Parsley 10 Sprig

Instructions:

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the noodles to the oil and fry them until they turn pink (without burning).
  3. Add the hot broth or water to the noodles and cook on medium heat until the water evaporates, cover it with a cloth without straining and let it rest.
  4. Take 1 tablespoon of butter in a sauce pan. First, turn the finely chopped garlic. Add the fresh cheese mash. Add the spices, mustard and nutmeg.
  5. When the cheese melts, put it on low heat, add the cream and mix. When it gets the sauce consistency, add it to the boiled noodles and mix it for 1-2 minutes to eat the sauce.
  6. Cook your noodles for five minutes with the lid closed. Serve hot, garnished with finely chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!
  7. Note: While making this recipe, if you prepare the cheese sauce first and then boil the noodles and add them, both the noodles will meet with the sauce without sticking to each other and you will save time.
