San Sebastian Cheesecake

San Sebastian Cheesecake is one of the most beautiful and assertive flavors of World Cuisine, appreciated by everyone with its creamy consistency and cheese taste. This dessert, which first came from the restaurant La Vina in San Sebastian, Spain, is still widely and fondly consumed today. It was first offered for sale in 1990. It is also known as Basque cheesecake or La Vina San Sebastian burnt cheesecake. While the inside remains pudding-like, the top caramelizes and turns golden due to baking at high temperatures. Labneh Cheese 400   Grams
Cream Cheese 200   Grams
Thick Cream 400   Ml
Sugar 1.5   Cup
Egg (At Room Temperature) 4   Qty
Vanilla 1   Package
Flour 2   Tbsp

Steps:

  1. Take powdered sugar and cream cheese into a deep container. Beat with sugar and cream cheese until homogeneous (at least 5 minutes) with a high -speed mixer.
  2. Add the eggs to the mixture one by one. In the meantime, continue the whisk with the help of a mixer. Do not add the other without mixing one egg completely.
  3. After adding the eggs to the mixture and whisking well, add the cream and sifted vanilla, continue beating.
  4. Finally, add the sifted flour. In this step, mix slowly with a spatula instead of a mixer.
  5. Prepare your cake mold to put your mixture. It is recommended to use a medium -sized clamp mold. However, you can also choose a pyrex or a different mold.
  6. Put greaseproof paper in your cake mold and pour your mixture into the mold. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  7. After cooking for 190 degrees 45 minutes, open the lid of the oven and leave the mold in the oven for about 30 minutes. If you wish, you can open the lid of the oven or put a spoon together and make the oven semi -open.
  8. Take San Sebastian Cheesecake from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes. When the first temperature exceeds, put it in the refrigerator and rest for at least 6-8 hours in the cabinet and serve cold. Enjoy your meal!
