San Sebastian Cheesecake, one of the favorite desserts of recent years, is one of the most beautiful and assertive flavors that has won everyone's appreciation with its creamy consistency and cheese taste. It is perfect for tea time and invitation tables. Bon Appetit!
Take powdered sugar and cream cheese into a deep container. Beat with sugar and cream cheese until homogeneous (at least 5 minutes) with a high -speed mixer.
Add the eggs one by one, while continuing to whisk the mixture with the help of a mixer. Do not add the other egg until it is completely beaten.
After adding the eggs to the mixture and whisking well, add the cream and sifted vanilla, continue beating.
Finally, add the sifted flour. In this step, mix slowly with a spatula instead of a mixer.
Prepare your cake tin to put your mixture in. It is recommended to use a medium sized clamp mold, but you can also choose a pyrex or a different mold.
Put greaseproof paper in your cake mold and pour your mixture into the mold. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
After baking at 190 degrees for 45 minutes, open the oven door and leave the mold in the oven for about 30 minutes. If you wish, you can open the oven door fully or you can make the oven half open by placing a spoon in between.
Let the San Sebastian Cheesecake rest for another 30 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator when the temperature passes, and serve it cold by resting in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. Bon Appetit!
Note: The eggs and other ingredients you will use should be at room temperature.
