White Cabbage 1/4   Qty
Lemon Juice 1/2   Half Cup
Parsley 1   Bunch
Dry Onion (Medium size) 1   Qty
Olive Oil 1/2   Tbsp
Turmeric 1   Tsp (large)
Salt 1   Tsp

Steps:

  1. Cut the cabbage in 2 or 4 according to its size and peel the outer skins. Finely chop and press into plenty of water with 1/4 lemon juice squeezed.
  2. Peel the onion and chop coarsely.

  4. Cover the pot and cook for about half an hour, until the cabbage is soft. Meanwhile, remove 1 bunch of parsley from its thick stems and wash it thoroughly.
  5. When the cabbage is soft, take it off the heat and keep it aside until it cools.
  6. Roughly shred the cooled cabbage with a hand blender. Add the parsley and pull 3-4 turns. Add turmeric, cayenne pepper and salt and take another turn.
  7. Check the salt and spices of your soup that you have heated at the time of service and serve it with lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
