Eggplant Sequence

Steps:

  1. Peel the eggplants with variegated and slice 2 fingers thick. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tea glass of oil in the flat pan. Pass the eggplants through the water and dry them with paper towels. Fry up by turning the oil on the medium fire and upside down until the eggplants are slightly pink.
  3. For meatballs, chop the onion very thin. Knead thoroughly by adding onions, salt and pepper to the ground beef. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare round meatballs of tennis ball size from the rested meatball mortar.
  5. Bring the same paint as the eggplant slices by gently press the meatballs. Gently fry it in the pan and change the color.
