Sunflower Oil 2   Cup
Ingredients for Internal Mortar:
Ground Beef 300   Grams
Dry Onion (Medium Size) 1   Qty
Green Pointed Pepper (Medium Size) 5   Qty
Tomato (Mature Medium Size) 2   Qty
Tomato Paste 1   Tbsp
Hot Pepper Sauce 1   Tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce:
Tomato Puree (Or Tomato Paste) 6   Tbsp
Water 1   Cup
Ingredients for For The Above:
Kashar (Cheddar) (Grated Or Cubed) 1   Cup
Butter (According To Desire) 1   Tbsp

Steps:

  1. Cut out one and a half inch thick ring slices from the middle parts of the aubergines, rub them with plenty of salt and let them rest for fifteen minutes. You can cut the edges into cubes and make şakşuka.
  2. For the stuffing, fry the finely chopped onions, finely chopped peppers in a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of butter until they turn pink and add the ground beef. Take the minced meat and fry it until it turns brown. If you add half a tea glass of hot water to the ground beef at this stage, it will be crushed more easily.
  3. Add the grated tomato, salt and spices to the roasted ground beef, add half a tea glass of hot water and cook together for ten minutes. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley, turn and remove from the fire. Control salt and spices to your taste.
  4. Gently press the sweating eggplants between two paper towels to remove the bitterness, rinse and dry on a paper towel. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and fry the eggplants until they turn golden (The oil must be well heated so that the eggplants do not absorb oil.)
  5. Make a hole by gently mashing the middle parts of the eggplants you bought in a glass baking dish with a fork. Divide the stuffing into these pits and pour the tomato paste sauce you prepared. You can add a piece of butter if you wish. Divide the grated cheddar into the eggplants and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheddar melts and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
