False Ravioli Recipe
Ready-made pasta is used in this recipe, which practically presents the taste of ravioli, which is at the forefront of Turkish cuisine. A joker dish that you can prepare in a very short time without rolling the dough or trying to fold it. With the addition of garlic yoghurt and sauce, it tastes like ravioli. Enjoy your meal!

Instructions:

Boil 1/2 pack of ravioli pasta with 2 glasses of hot water for 5 minutes, separate 1 tea glass from the cooking water and strain it. Don't water it. Add a spoonful of butter to the strained pasta in its own pot and let it rest.

In a separate bowl, grate the onion finely, squeeze out the juice, drain and add to the ground beef. Add salt and pepper and mix.

Place 1 piece of minced meat in the middle of the rested pasta and place them in the pot. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and cook on low heat for another 4-5 minutes without stirring.

For the sauce, crush 2 cloves of garlic with the back of a knife and finely chop, add to the yogurt and whisk. Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add paprika and froth.

Pour the garlic yoghurt over the ravioli pasta you took on the serving plate. Garnish with pepper butter, dried mint and sumac and serve hot. Enjoy your meal !
