Egg -free Plateau Soup

Yogurt 1.5   Cup
Rice 4   Tbsp
Water 3   Cup
Flour 1.5   Tbsp
Dried Mint 1   Tbsp
Salt 1   Tsp

Steps:

  1. Boil the rice: Add rice and water to the saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes until the rice softens.
  2. Prepare the mixture with yogurt: In a bowl, yogurt and whisk the flour thoroughly with a wire beater.
  3. Add water to the mixture with yogurt: Add 5-6 tablespoons of juice from the baked rice juice to the mixture with yogurt and beat it after each adding.
  4. Add the mixture of yogurt to rice: Slowly pour the prepared yogurt mixture on the boiling rice and mix continuously.
  5. Add the spices: After adding the entire mixture, add mint and salt.
  6. Cook the soup: After boiling for a few more minutes, remove from the stove and serve. Enjoy your meal!
