Yogurt Soup With Rice

Rice plateau soup is a simple but satisfying flavor that emerged with the humble combination of yogurt and rice. You will feel the simple and pleasant touch of the traditional recipe at every bite of this soup, which adds a different taste to the tables with its practicality and satisfaction.

Rice 6   Tbsp
Water 2   Liters
Flour (Reconstruction) 1   Tbsp
Egg 1   Qty
Yogurt 1.5   Cup
Salt 2   Tsp
Ingredients for Over:
Butter 2   Tbsp
Dried Mint 1   Tsp (large)

Steps:

  1. Cook the rice: Add water and rice to a medium -sized pot. Cook over low heat until the rice is softened.
  2. Prepare the manners: Beat thoroughly in a container of yogurt, eggs and flour, make sure that the flour is not lumpy.
  3. Add water to the manners: Take a scoop from the juice of the baked rice and add to the mixture with yogurt and mix.
  4. Combine the finishing and soup: pour the manners on the rice, constantly stirring like a thin yarn.
  5. Cook until boiling: After adding all the yogurt, mix until boiling, add salt and dry mint.
  6. Adjust the consistency: Cook for a few more minutes, you can add water if the consistency is too dark.
  7. Serve: Melt the butter in a separate pan and fry gently by adding dry mint. Serve by decorating the soup. Enjoy your meal!
