Flourless Pumpkin Lavaşı Recipe

Zucchini (Medium size) | 2 Qty | ||
Kashar (Cheddar) (Planed) | 50 Grams | ||
Ingredients for Sandwich: | |||
Strained Yogurt | 4 Tbsp | ||
Lettuce | 4 Leaves | ||
Avocado | 1/2 Qty | ||
Feta Cheese (Low Fat) | 1 Qty |
Steps:

Wash the pumpkins thoroughly without peeling. Slice finely with mandolin grater.

Grate cheddar cheese. Cool greasy paper on a baking tray. Place the sliced pumpkins on top of each other to cover 1/4 of each other.

You can place the zucchini on the baking tray in squares of 4 sandwiches or place it in the entire tray. (for large wraps)

Cool the cheddar cheese on the pumpkins you have arranged. Bring the oven to the grill setting. Until the cheddar melts and pumpkin slices are cooked, at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
