Green Detox Drink

Ingredients:

Parsley (Stemmed) 1/4   Bunch
Lemon Juice (Fresh-squeezed) 1/2   Qty
Ginger (Fresh) 10   Grams
Cucumber ((Optional)) 1   Qty
Chili Pepper 1   Half Tbsp
Sparkling Water 1   Bottle
Ice 5   Piece

Steps:

  1. Wash the parsley with stems thoroughly and break down with your hand. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut the stalks without peeling the shells and chop them.
  2. 1 thumb and clean the shell of the fresh ginger with the help of a spoon and clean the water and chop finely. Add lemon juice, chili peppers, ice and soda and pass the whole ingredients through the blender.
  3. Your drink is ready. Enjoy your meal!
  4. Note: You can separate the pulp part of the lemon you squeeze from the shell and add it to the mixture. By adding some flax seeds, you can add fiber and healthy seed.
