Take 3,5-4 glasses of flour by passing it through another coarse wire sieve. Make a well in the middle and add the liquid mixture and 2.5 tablespoons of room temperature butter. Turn it into a dough by turning it upside down with a wooden spoon.
Put the dough on the counter and knead it by hand for ten minutes. When it becomes homogenized that will not stick to the hand, stretch it and let it rest for 1-1.5 hours and leaven.
Take the fermented dough back to the counter and knead once to remove excess gas. Cover and rest for 1 more hour.
Divide the rested dough into fist-sized balls and shape into round bread with your hands.
Heat your oven to 190-200 degrees by setting the fan setting.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the breads spaced apart.
Dilute an egg yolk with half a tea glass of water to rub on the bread.
With the help of a brush, sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on the breads on which you smeared eggs and put them in the preheated oven. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until both the bottom and top of the breads are browned. When you take it out, cover it with a cover and rest it until it cools down and prepare hamburgers with the ingredients you wish. Enjoy your meal!
