The simplest and most delicious way to evaluate stale bread. You can consume it for breakfast as well as an evening snack, and you can create different flavors by placing different ingredients on the breads. Bon Appetit!
Line your baking tray with baking paper and arrange toasted breads or sliced stale breads of the same size at intervals. You can also make a simple pizza base by crumbling stale bread, soaking it with milk and laying it in an oven dish.
Chop the sausages 1/2 cm wide. Clean and chop the green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms to the same size. You can also use sausage, salami, roast beef or ham instead of sausage.
For the sauce, thin the tomato paste with 1 glass of hot water, add the olive oil and whisk well. Season with salt, 1 cube of sugar, black pepper and thyme. Divide half of the sauce you prepared evenly on the bread and spread it well with the back of the spoon.
Spread the sausages, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes on the bread. Scatter the canned corn over them. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the ingredients. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly.
Bake the bread pizzas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheeses melt and they turn pink. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Bon Appetit!
