Pumpkin Hash Recipe
A classic taste, with lots of fresh herbs and garlic yoghurt. It is a delicious appetizer when served hot or cold, and a delicious and satisfying main course for vegetarians who love vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:

Flour | 1 | Cup | ||
Baking Powder | 1/2 | Package | ||
Dill | 1 | Bunch | ||
Fresh Onion | 2 | Bunch | ||
Feta Cheese (Optional) | 100 | Grams | ||
Salt | 1 | Tsp (large) | ||
Black Pepper | 1 | Tsp (large) | ||
Chili Pepper | 1 | Tsp |
Instructions:

Wash and peel the zucchini with plenty of water and cut off the ends. Clean and wash the spring onions, dill and parsley.

Grate the zucchini you have prepared on the large side of the grater. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the grated zucchini and strain it. Mix it and press it with your hand and let the excess water drain. On the other hand, finely chop the dill, parsley and spring onions.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them well, add the flour and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth consistency. If you are going to add cheese, crumble the cheese and add it to the mixture.

Finally, squeeze the grated zucchini, remove the excess water, add it to the mortar and mix.

Take the mixture with a spoon, transfer it neatly to the hot oil and fry it until it turns golden. Remove the fried muffins on a paper towel and remove excess oil.

Take your rested mucver into a serving bowl and serve warm or cold, accompanied by yoghurt with garlic and finely chopped dill. Enjoy your meal!
