Easy Liar Is Crazy

Çıldbır is one of the oldest and indispensable recipes of classical Turkish cuisine. In the world cuisine, the eggs cooked in water known as pouf eggs are served with garlic yogurt and pepper butter sauce. This recipe is simpler and easier to make, both very practical and delicious enough to be presented as the main course, nutritious and full -conservative. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

For 2 people

For the Poached Egg:
Egg 4 Qty
Butter 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
For the Sauce:
Yogurt 1 Cup
Garlic (crushed) 1 Clove
Salt 1 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Chili Pepper 1 Qty

Instructions:

  1. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet. Take the pan on the fire and crack the eggs, then put it back on the fire. (for all and all parts of the eggs to be cooked at the same rate at the same time)
  2. When the egg whites are almost cooked, take them off the heat and mix them. The yolks of the eggs should remain slightly watery.
  3. On the other hand, crush a clove of garlic to which you add salt and add it to the yogurt and mix. Drizzle the yogurt over the eggs you have taken on the serving plate.
  4. In a small sauce, heat a spoon of butter without burning and add chili peppers. When the oil is foaming, walk over the crazy and serve warm. You can decorate with dry mint, sumac and parsley. Enjoy your meal !
  5. Note: If you want to consume this recipe cold, you can use olive oil instead of butter and store it in the refrigerator.
