Pumpkin Panel Recipe

Liquid Oil | 2 Cup | ||

Flour | 1 Cup | ||
Salt | 1 Tsp (large) | ||
Egg | 2 Qty | ||
Baking Powder (1 Package) | 10 Grams | ||
Sparkling Water (1 Bottle) | 200 Ml | ||
Ingredients for Service: | |||
Garlic Yogurt Sauce | 1 Qty | ||
Salt | 1 Tsp |
Steps:

Take the outer skins of the zucchini and slice it 0.5 cm thick, add salt and set aside.

For the frying slurry (pane), beat the eggs. Add half a bottle of soda. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda or baking powder mixture and add it to the liquids and mix gently, do not beat too much.

Rinse the zucchini and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.

Heat your oil in a deep pan.

Leave the zucchini dipped in the slurry into the oil so that they do not overlap, and fry them until golden brown, then remove them on a paper towel and remove the excess oil.
