Sesame Cucumber Appetizer

This appetizer of Far Eastern cuisine is generally presented as a catering flavor. Sesame and soy sauce with a special mortar to be kept in a different taste of cucumbers gain a taste. This recipe is an easy -to -make appetizer recipe for a frequently preferred recipe. Enjoy your meal!

Sesame (Avalanche) 2   Rounded Tbsp
Sesame Oil (Or Tahini Oil) 2   Tbsp
Soy Sauce 2   Tbsp
Powdered Red Pepper 1   Tsp
Garlic ((Thin Chopped)) 4   Clove
Apple Cider Vinegar 1   Tsp (large)
Chili Pepper (Angle) 1   Tsp (large)
Pomegranate Syrup 1   Tsp (large)
Lemon Juice (Fresh-squeezed) 1/2   Qty

Steps:

  1. Thinly, wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut the head and root parts. Finely slices without peeling the shells and add rock salt (pickle salt) and rub gently.
  2. Cucumbers, rest and let the water to release at least 30 minutes to rest and strain and dry with paper towels.
  3. Roast raw sesame seeds in a oil -free pan and set aside. Sesame oil (or tahini oil), soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, chili pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper and finely chopped garlics in a deep bowl for sauce.
