Spinach Dish With Bulgur (Roast Spinach) Recipe

Instructions:

Remove damaged leaves from the spinach, cut off the roots and cut into large pieces. Remove sand by washing thoroughly 2-3 times in plenty of water. Leave it in 1-2 spoons of vinegar water for 30 minutes and rinse.

Peel the onions and chop them.

Rinse bulgur and clean it.

Heat the oil in a shallow pan and fry the onions.

Note: You can serve this dish with bulgur pilaf with tomatoes, yoghurt or salad and quince compote.

If you are going to make this dish with meat, add 250g of minced meat to the roasted onions and fry until it absorbs its water and acquires color. Add the tomato paste and mix.

Add bulgur to the mortar mixture and mix. Add 1 glass of hot water, close the lid and cook over low heat until the bulgur swells.

Add the spinach and fry gently until the leaves wilt. Do not overcook to prevent vitamin loss.

Serve the cooked meal hot with garlic yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!
