Bursa Groom Trotting Recipe

Damat trotters, which is a wedding dinner from the North Aegean and especially Bursa region, is a traditional meal served by the bride's mother and served in the groom. It is also a derivative of Tirit dishes, which are widely made in Anatolian territory. Bon appetit for those who want to try!

Chicken Broth | 1.5 Cup | ||

Egg (Yellow) | 1 Qty | ||
Garlic (crushed) | 3 Clove | ||
Vinegar | 1 Tbsp | ||

Butter | 2 Tbsp | ||
Powdered Red Pepper | 1 Tsp |
Steps:

Wash the chickens and add enough water to pass over and boil until thoroughly soft. You can add a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot and a few bay leaves to taste boiled water.

1 Place the whole dough on the base of the greased tray. Melled the melted butter on it. The other doughs also make a pastry by moving oil between them. Take it to 180 degrees heated oven and cook until the dough is pink.

Take it out of the oven and rest the tray. When the doughs cooled down, 1 cup of chicken broth on the dough and close them with a suitable lid and rest for 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, take the boiled chickens from the pot and separate them from the bones. Show the chicken meat small. Place the chicken meat on the dough.

Roast the flour with 2 spoons of butter in the saucepan. Cook until the sauce reaches the consistency of custard.

When served, close the chickens in the tray with chicken bechamel. Melt the butter for the above and add the powdered red pepper and spread this oil over the plates. Enjoy your meal!
