Carrot Tarator Recipe

Ingredients:



Carrot | 3 Qty |
Olive Oil | 3 Tbsp |
Garlic | 2 Clove |
Yogurt | 4 Tbsp |
Salt | 1 Pinch |
Steps:

Roast the garlic: Put olive oil in a large pan. Finely chop two cloves of garlic, add them to the pan and fry until fragrant.
