Carrot Tarator

Carrot Tarator, created when the fresh texture of grated carrots is blended with the acidic freshness of lemon and the soft richness of olive oil, offers a simple but effective taste. With the harmony of natural ingredients, a fresh and healthy taste experience is experienced in every bite.

Carrot 3   Qty
Olive Oil 3   Tbsp
Garlic 2   Clove
Yogurt 4   Tbsp
Salt 1   Pinch

Steps:

  1. Roast the garlic: Put olive oil in a large pan. Finely chop two cloves of garlic, add them to the pan and fry until fragrant.
  2. Cook the carrots: Add the grated carrots to the pan, cook over medium heat until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Be careful not to burn the carrots.
  3. Whisk the yoghurt: In a separate bowl, whisk the drained yoghurt and salt.
  4. Mix the ingredients: Add the cooled carrots to the yoghurt mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve: You can serve the carrot tarator you prepared by decorating it with walnuts and dill. Enjoy your meal!
