Chicken Drumstick In Oven Bag

Chicken drumsticks with barbecue flavor, both very economical and very practical, suit your dinner tables very well. It is extremely easy to cook. You can add any vegetables you like to the baguettes and diversify this recipe. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

For 4 people
🕐 Preparation: 15 min.      🕐 Cooking: 30 min.
For the Chicken:
Chicken Leg (Drumstick) 6 Qty
Carrot (Small) 4 Qty
Potatoes (Baby) 5 Qty
Shallot (Or Onion) 10 Qty
For the Sauce:
Yogurt 3 Tbsp
Flour 1 Tbsp
Tomato or Pepper Paste 1.5 Tbsp
Olive Oil 1/2 Half Cup
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Cumin 1 Tsp
Rosemary 1 Tsp
Thyme 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp

Instructions:

  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and remove the excess water. Wash and drain the small potatoes and carrots, if you wish, you can peel them.
  2. Prepare the sauce by whisking olive oil, yoghurt, tomato paste and spices in a deep bowl. Put the baguettes in this sauce, it will smear all over. If you have time, marinate and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, 1 night before.
  3. Put a spoonful of flour in a baking bag and shake it so that it is smeared all over.
  4. Transfer all the ingredients to the cooking bag and tie the mouth of the bag tightly with the special wire. Make 2-3 holes in the top with a toothpick and place the bag horizontally on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, pour the water accumulated in the bag over the chickens and serve hot. You can also garnish with finely chopped parsley, if desired. Bon Appetit!
  6. Note: You can also use ready-made oven seasoning for the sauce. If you are going to use condiments, do not use yogurt and tomato paste.
