Dried Beans With Sausage

This flavor, which is created by combining dry beans with sausage, is especially preferred in cold weather. Haricot Beans (Soaked The Night Before) 2   Cup
Pepperoni 100   Grams
Dry Onion 1   Qty
Tomato 2   Qty
Tomato Paste 1   Tbsp
Pepper Paste 1   Tbsp
Garlic 1   Clove
Butter 1   Tbsp
Salt 1   Tsp (large)

Steps:

  1. Soak the beans: Soak the beans for at least 4-5 hours, or better overnight, by placing them in water.
  2. Boil the beans: Put the soaked beans in a pot with 5-6 glasses of water and boil until they soften.
  3. Fry the onions: In the casserole, fry the diced onions in butter until they turn pink.
  4. Add the garlic: Add the garlic to the onions and continue frying until they turn pink.
  5. Add tomatoes and tomato paste: Grate the tomatoes and add them to the onion-garlic mixture along with the tomato paste. Add salt too.
  6. Add the beans and water: Add the boiled beans and 2 cups of boiling water to the pot. Add the chopped sausages.
  7. Cook and serve: Reduce the heat to the casserole, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
