Mix a packet of dry yeast into a tea glass of warm milk and melt it and keep it aside.
-
Sift the flour you will use. Then add sugar and salt. Add oil to it.
-
Pour the fermented milk mixture by opening a pool in the middle of the bowl with your flour mixture.
-
Before your yeast cools down, knead the dough by folding it from the outside to the inside.
-
First, knead your dough in the bowl for a few minutes, then take it to the counter where you pour flour and continue there.

When your dough has completely absorbed the flour on the counter, pour a little oil on the counter and knead the dough in this way for a few minutes.

When your dough is ready, take the dough into the mold where you put greaseproof paper. Smooth the top by wetting your hand and slightly moisten it.
-
Cover the bread and leave it for 1.5 hours to leaven. If you want, you can heat it for a few minutes at 50 degrees and then put it in the oven you turned off, so that it ferments faster. If you prefer to put it in the oven, just put it in the oven, which you heat for a short time, cover your dough with cling film and cover it with a towel, and check it every 20 minutes.
-
At the end of the first 20 minutes, if swelling has begun, remove the towel and cling film and continue to keep them in the oven open. Let it ferment in this way for 1 hour.
-
Bake the dough, which has been waiting in the warm oven for 1 hour and fermented at 160 degrees, for 45 minutes, until it turns a color. Enjoy your meal!
