Potatoes (Medium size) 3 Qty
Beet 3 Qty
Milk 1 Cup
Butter 125 Grams
Salt 1 Tsp (large)
Nutmeg Grated (Or Dust Muscat) 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp

Instructions:

  1. Peel the potatoes and beets and pass through the water.
  2. Chop the vegetables into large cubes. Add enough water to pass and boil until soft.
  3. Add milk and spices to soft beets and potatoes and upside down. Cook together for 5 minutes.
  4. Crush the cooked ingredients and pull it with a hand blender until a smooth consistency.
