Meat Stew Recipe

Lamb Meat | 500 | Grams | ||
Garlic | 2 | Clove | ||

Tomato Paste | 1 | Tbsp | ||
Pepper Paste | 1 | Tbsp | ||
Olive Oil | 4 | Tbsp | ||
Salt | 1 | Tsp (large) | ||

Butter | 1 | Tbsp |
Instructions:

Wash and drain the vegetables. Chop the onion into large cubes, peel the garlic. Chop the potatoes into large cubes. Put the eggplant that you peeled variegated in salt water. Chop all vegetables to equal size.

Chop the peppers into cubes if you wish, for a long time. Peel and grate the tomatoes or cut them into cubes and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep saucepan (in a casserole dish if you are going to cook it in the oven), and sauté your coarsely chopped meat on high heat.

When your meat absorbs its juices and turns slightly brown, add the onions and garlic and fry together. Add the chopped vegetables to the meat and spread the tomatoes on top.

Mix hot water, olive oil, tomato paste and spices in a bowl to form a sauce and pour over the vegetables. Add the butter to the dish in small pieces.

Leave your type to cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Check the water from time to time, but do not mix. Let the cooked type rest for ten minutes and serve it hot or warm, preferably accompanied by rice. Enjoy your meal!
