Sucuk, which is one of the indispensable delicatessen products of Turkish cuisine, is obtained by drying and drying raw meat with spices. Peel the outer shell of the sausage. Cut in half and slice it in half a moon. Separate 5-6 slices.
Peel the onion and chop the food. Peel the tomatoes and chop the cubes. Extract the seeds of the peppers and chop them finely.
Break the eggs in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper and whisk thoroughly.
Take a fuzzy area to the stove and heat the oil first. Add the butter and add the onions when the oil melts. When the onions become transparent, add the sausages and sauté together.
Then add the peppers and then tomato paste and tomatoes.
Put the cooked mortar on low fire and finally add the whipped eggs and mix. Place the thin slice of sausages on the menemen and close the lid.
When the white of the eggs slightly solidifies, remove from the fire. Serve hot by decorating the menemen with tomatoes divided into two and served hot. Enjoy your meal!
