Onion Food

Shallot 1/2   Kilogram
Lamb Meat Cubes 250   Grams
Liquid Oil 2   Tbsp
Cayenne Pepper (Solely) 1   Qty
Hot Pepper Sauce (Solely) 1   Tsp (large)
Tomato Paste 2   Tbsp
Thyme 1   Tsp (large)
Cumin 1   Tsp
Black Pepper 2   Tsp
Salt 1   Half Tbsp

Steps:

  1. Peel the shallots and cut the root parts so that they are not scattered. Pass the water and set aside.
  2. Pass the lamb meat through the water. Chop the sized onion and drain. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan or faster cooking in a pressure cooker and sauté the meat quickly at high and medium heat.
  3. Add 2-3 cups of hot water and cook until the meat is drained. When only oil remains at the bottom of the pot, add the shallots and sauté. Onions should be pink and color.
  4. When the onions are roasted, add the paste, dry pepper, salt and spices and fry together for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that the onions do not disperse while roasting.
  5. When the paste is roasted and smell, add 2 glasses of hot water to the dinner. When boiling, take the lowest fire and close the lid and cook in controlled. If the water decreases, you can add hot water.
  6. When the onions soften and have your food consistency, take it from the fire and let it rest for 5-10 minutes and serve hot hot. Enjoy your meal!
