This recipe, which suits breakfasts at the weekend, brings together plenty of tomatoes and tomato paste and sausage. The tomato paste suits the sauce very well and the street flavor gives the taste of sausage sandwich. The longer it cooks, the more delicious it is. Enjoy your meal!
Chop the sausages to medium thickness (5mm). Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and chop them to the same thickness.
Take the pan on the stove and heat a spoonful of oil and two spoons of butter. First, lightly sauté the peppers in the heated pan. Add the sausages and turn them together for two minutes.
Add the tomato paste and tomato puree (or grated) to the sautéed sausages and sauté together for another minute or two. Add salt and sugar. Do not use other seasonings so that they do not suppress the taste of sausage and tomato paste.
Finally, add two glasses of hot water and rattling for fifteen minutes over low heat. If it absorbs water, you can add a little more hot water. When you are going to serve, take the pan to the stove and click and serve with the hot oven bread for dipping. Enjoy your meal !
